Thinking like Mr. Shah is what we need. We all may have brains but aren't using it.. First of all I think our education system has to be changed. Youngsters or we can say management students dont have a clear idea of what they are doing or what their future really is. They are just attending schools for the sake of a degree. The education fairs helps a bit but the whole idea is to be shared from the very beginning i.e. From the secondary school level.. Like bheda, bakhra all the parents who can afford higher studies of their children want their kids to become doctors, engineers, scientists... People want doctors and engineers to be their son in law (jwai) .. These thoughts have to be changed..
