Impressive post ! Agree that probably Mega Bank locates people with no shoes to get shoes but how does it help in collecting raw materials. Entrepreneurs in Nepal probably have a thousand plans but implementing them always brings across million hurdles, which cannot be overlooked.

Yes!! Thinking like Mr. Shah is what we need. We all may have brains but aren't using it.. First of all I think our education system has to be changed. Youngsters or we can say management students dont have a clear idea of what they are doing or what their future really is. They are just attending schools for the sake of a degree. The education fairs helps a bit but the whole idea is to be shared from the very beginning i.e. From the secondary school level.. Like bheda, bakhra all the parents who can afford higher studies of their children want their kids to become doctors, engineers, scientists… People want doctors and engineers to be their son in law (jwai) .. These thoughts have to be changed.. They need to know that there are other fields where being successful is possible..please fellow readers post your views..

no i don't agree with what above comment has to say.People think like that because they couldn't do what he has done till now. it's business and things or talk like this happens unless you visualize the true picture, yes definitely he's trying to explain and sale his product but simultaneously he's advising and encouraging us to be like him, think like him and be successful in one's goal not just to satisfy your self but to the customer too.

I understand the basics but Mr anil shah is trying to explain and sale his product in executive manners. Dont use the gimmick , which most probably wont justify the nepali consumers.
Mr shah try and understand, how to put energy into time and how to draw success from time.
